Submitting a Request for Student Data/Report through EasyVista

 

  1. Log into my.Fairfield and then click on the ITS4U Ticketing System task

  1. Click on the ‘Service Catalog’ button and when the screen refreshes (and your name is in the top right corner), click it again.

  1. Click on the word ‘Reports’ on the left side menu

 

  1. Click on either the ‘Customer Data Report Request’ or ‘Student’ buttons.

 

  1. After reading the description of the report you chose, click the ‘New Request’ button to submit a new request.

 

  1. Fill in the fields with information about your report request.  Starred items are required.

  1. If you are submiting this request on behalf of someone else, choose yes on the coresponding dropdown field.


 

  1. Then search for the person you are submitting this request on behalf of by last name.

 

  1. Choose a date when you would like the report to be completed.  Note:  it must be greater than three (3) business days from reuqest date.  This is for our information only there is no implied guarantee of fulfillment by this date.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Once complete, click the ‘Ok’ button to submit your request to the Office of the University Registrar.

 

  1. The Office of the University Registrar will review your request.  You will be notified when your request has been either approved or rejected.  If rejectected you will be contacted by the Office of the University Registrar.

 

  1. Once approved the request will be assigned to a developer who will fulfill your request in a timely manner.
