For Outlook Web Access (OWA):

    1. Click on Options in the upper-right.
    2. Select See All Options from the drop-down menu.

    3. Select Settings.

    4. Compose your signature in the E-Mail Signature text box.
    5. Copy & Paste the above official signature template into the signature box.
    6. Click Automatically include my signature on messages I send if you want the signature to appear by default on your outgoing email.

    7. Click Save in the lower-right portion of the screen.

For Outlook 2010/2013 (Windows Only):

1. In Outlook, click File, Mail, and then Signatures.

2. On the E-mail Signature tab, click New, type a name for the signature, and then click OK.

3. Verify that your signature is selected for both the New messages and Replies/forwards.

4. Copy the sample signature and make the appropriate changes so that your name, title, extension, and e-mail are correct.

6. For each icon that you want to use in your email signature, right-click the icon below, and then click Save picture as. Save the icon to your computer.

7. ClickPicture, browse to the icon you saved in step 6, click to select it, and then click OK. Repeat for each icon you want to add.

8. Click one of the icons you added in step 7, and then clickHyperlink.

9. In the Address box, type the URL or web address for your Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/FairfieldUniversity) , Twitter (https://twitter.com/fairfieldu), and Instagram (http://instagram.com/fairfieldu) that corresponds to the icon. You must use these URL’s.

10. Click OK.

11. Repeat steps 7-10 for each icon that you added in step 7.

12. Click Save and To finish creating the signature click OK.

 

 

For Outlook 2011 (Mac Only):

1. Copy entire e-mail signature sample:

2. On the Outlook menu, click Preferences.

 

3. Under E-mail, click Signatures .

 

4. Click Add . A new signature appears under Signature name with the name Untitled.

 

5. Double-click Untitled, and then type a name for the signature. This name does not appear in the signature in your messages; it is only for your reference.

 

6. In the right pane, paste the sample signature and change the text so that your name, title, extension, and e-mail are correct.

 

7. Close the Signatures dialog box.
