Windows Vista, 7, and 8 allowed on network 
Requirements: Windows Updates installed & Anti-Virus installed & up-to-date in order to be registered to the network
- Windows 7 requires Microsoft Security Essentials
- Windows 8 has Windows Defender already installed

Any student machines with Windows XP or earlier must bring them to the ITS4U Help Desk for updating as those Operating Systems are no longer supported by Microsoft.
Connecting to STUDENT-S on Mac OS X
Mac OS X 10.7, 10.8, 10.9. and 10.10 allowed on network
Requirements: Mac OS X Updates installed & Anti-Virus installed & up-to-date
- All Macs require Avast Anti-Virus
